At Global L&D Operations and Excellence, we build solutions that strengthen learning management and L&D competence across the company. Our mission is to grow the professional capacity of the corporate L&D function by designing impactful, strategic, and complex learning experiences for SoftServe associates.

IF YOU ARE

  • Experienced with 2+ years in a global or IT company within the learning and development or HR direction
  • Educated with a bachelor’s degree in Organization Management, Human Resources, Education, or a related field
  • Skilled in designing and developing adult learning solutions from needs analysis through delivery and measurement
  • Familiar with learning management systems and proficient in navigating common digital platforms, tools, and browsers
  • Organized in planning, sequencing, and prioritizing multiple projects while meeting deadlines
  • Collaborative and great at building effective partnerships and maintaining stakeholder engagement
  • Committed to continuous professional growth
  • Proficient in English at an upper-intermediate level or higher

AND YOU WANT TO

  • Design and develop high-quality learning solutions that maximize learning and behavioral outcomes for employees across different roles, functions, and seniority levels
  • Assure the same excellent level of learning experiences via a diversity of formats, technologies, and tools for all learners
  • Apply instructional design methodologies to create engaging learning experiences from scenario development and storyboarding to scriptwriting across multiple formats such as e-learning, workshops, and videos
  • Analyze data from various sources like LMS, performance reviews, PDPs, and learning requests to identify learning needs
  • Monitor and update learning portfolios based on relevance, feedback, and outcome indicators
  • Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders and collaborate with SMEs, project sponsors, and global L&D peers to co-create and maintain solutions
  • Contribute to organizational development by providing professional and future-ready learning solutions
  • Proactively seek innovation and drive improvements in learning design and delivery
