About the team The Global Business Solutions (GBS) team in Australia plays a central role in TikTok's commercial success by helping brands and businesses connect with audiences through innovative advertising and marketing strategies. GBS oversees advertising solutions & revenue growth, client solutions & relationship management, campaign strategy & execution, marketing & brand partnerships, education & support, and innovation & market expansion. This CP will join the CPG & Auto team – one of TikTok’s most strategically important verticals. The team partners with iconic global brands across Food, Beverage & Auto - This role is for a client partner across CPG brands. This role will focus on strategic partnerships and high-growth opportunities within the CPG space. Strong understanding of English is essential due to global coordination and market execution. Responsibilities: - Identify, prioritise and secure business opportunities in the media, entertainment and tech services space. - Drive revenue for TikTok by seeking partnerships with various direct clients through a consultative approach. - Create compelling sales propositions and presentations utilising internal and external data for respective regions. - Liaise with cross-functional teams on structuring and executing operational and strategic initiatives. - Develop and implement best practices for client interaction, sales, and service, ensuring our clients receive the highest level of sales and operational customer service. - Orchestrate seamless campaign execution through collaboration with cross-functional teams. - Proactively enhance campaign performance, taking the lead to monitor and analyse ad campaigns. - Update clients on TikTok products and developments, and educate clients and agencies on best practices.
Minimum Qualifications : - 5+ years of platform and industry experience, with exposure to streaming, film, or broader entertainment industry marketing. - Fluent in English due to global coordination and market execution requirements. - Provide consultative selling through your expert knowledge of social media, mobile apps, and digital and mobile marketing. - Demonstrate a track record of winning the support of key stakeholders and in reaching and exceeding sales goals. - Ability to communicate brand, performance and ad-tech and are passionate about creativity and TikTok. - Strong foundational knowledge of performance media, auction, and biddable digital advertising buying. - Collaborative and supportive and thrives in a team-first environment. - Naturally curious and solution-oriented. Always digging deeper to understand "why". Preferred Qualifications : - Experience working with creator or user-generated content (UGC) driven content. - Familiarity with marketing mix modeling (MMM), incrementality, or measurement strategies. - Ability to lead quarterly business reviews (QBRs) or joint business plans with senior stakeholders. - Global campaign management or regional experience is preferable.
