Northwest Specialty Hospital is seeking a talented Administrative Assistant to join our amazing Human Resources Team!

This position will be a full-time, Monday – Friday position. There is some flexibility in the scheduled hours!

We need someone with a great sense of humor, phenomenal customer service skills, and attention to detail!

In this role, you will be responsible for scanning, data entry, updating/maintaining spreadsheets, answering phones, creating facility badges, calendaring, errands, and assisting with projects. This position will assist the Human Resources Team with a variety of projects, data entry, employee events, coordination of employee orientation, and employee engagement initiatives/projects. To be successful in this position, you will need to be adaptable, kind, fast-paced, and computer savvy.

Qualifications and Preferred Experience:

  • High School Diploma
  • Enthusiasm for the mission of NWSH and patients we serve
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Detail-oriented and organized.
  • Intermediate computer skills with experience in Microsoft Office (primarily Excel, Word, & Outlook).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Two years of previous office experience required.
  • Prior experience in Human Resources preferred.
