Duties & Responsibilities:

Order Placement & Coordination

• Assist in placing purchase orders with suppliers.
• Track order status and follow up to ensure timely delivery.

Supplier Communication

• Liaise with suppliers to obtain quotations and negotiate pricing.
• Maintain updated records of supplier details and cost sheets.

Product Development & Fittings

• Participate in sample fittings and provide input on design, fit, and cost efficiency.
• Help evaluate samples and make recommendations for approval or revisions.

Inventory & Merchandising Support

• Assist in inventory tracking and stock level analysis.
• Help plan and execute product assortment strategies.

Campaign & Visual Coordination

• Support catalog and campaign shoots by preparing samples and relevant sku lists.

Administrative Duties

• Prepare purchase orders, costing sheets, and reports.
• Organize product samples and maintain accurate documentation.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Basic knowledge in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
• Good communication and follow-up skills.
• Proficient in written and spoken Mandarin
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
