We are looking for an Associate Director, Solution Engineering to serve as a key SME in clinical technologies with a focus on IRT/RTSM, acting as a trusted advisor and expert. This role will play an integral part in delivering solutions and strategy by bridging the gap between complex technical systems and clinical needs. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional leadership teams to influence strategic priorities for IQVIA’s IRT/RTSM solution to ensure it meets and exceeds customer expectations and market demands.

Essential Functions

• Expertise in RTSM/IRT systems as a primary SME to support sales activities as part of a global team, but primarily focused on North America.
• Fluent in current industry challenges and trends
• Will also be expected to engage, work and manage opportunities beyond IRT, covering eCOA, eConsent, and can operate across like-minded technology applications.
• Good understanding of clinical workflows to identify areas where technology can improve efficiency, accuracy, or patient outcomes.
• Demonstrate and implement solutions and product(s) aligning closely with the sponsors’ clinical requirements
• Act as a liaison between product, engineering, and clinical teams to ensure solutions are both technically sound and user-friendly
• Assists customers during the sales process to maximize the benefits derived from the organization's products and/or services.
• Manages pre-sales technical activities for the development and implementation of complex products/applications/solutions.
• Provides input into bid proposals, projects, and technical documents with the sales process, and may identify additional sales opportunities with existing customers.
• Oversees pre-sale support in sales presentations and product demonstrations.
• Publish articles regarding specific applications.
• Works with marketing and product managers to define new products.
• Serve as company liaison on specific projects with customers.
• Provide product feasibility analysis in support of sales efforts with sales representatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 8 years of related experience Req Or
• Master's Degree with 6 years of experience Req Or
• Ph.D. with 3 years of experience Req
• 8-12 years of field sales engineering experience Req
• IRT experience and knowledge essential

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $89,600.00 - $249,600.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
