Major Job Responsibilities
- To perform, plan and develop Product Test & Validation for ECU, Inverter/BMS/OBC/48V DCDC
- To perform and develop activities plans and reliability prediction for new design and required products
- To perform and reports failure analysis
- To perform new validation equipment evaluation
- Support, develop and promote new technology and processes
- Meets Departmental Cost / Quality / Objectives, including but not limited to manage the monthly receiving process.
- Coordinate and provide validation test facilities per product development requirement
- Ensure Lab. Equipments are in good working condition
- Take teardown work after DV/PV, including but not limited to leak testing, taking photo to record anomalies during teardown.
- Review test data with team and generate validation report
- Support team efforts to maintain and improve validation efficiency, including but not limited to switch software mode from APP and FT, receive and manage test samples
Qualifications
- B.S. Degree in Engineering
- With at least 3 years of electronic product test or validation engineering working experience, especially in Environmental and Dynamic Field
- Comprehensive technical English reading/writing and verbal communication skills are required
- With positive people interface attitude
- Good understanding of ECU and Inverter/BMS/OBC/48V DCDC Products will be an added advantage
- Working knowledge of and/or skill in setting up lab quality system in compliance with ISO 17025 will be an added advantage
- PC application skill
