Responsibilities
- Lead the validation efforts for high volume battery electronic projects
- DV, PV responsibility – DVP’s, setups, reports, requirements, alignment with pack & customers
- Support pack and vehicle validation efforts
- Test equipment development, roll out and updates
- Embedded Test SW development support
- Support with debug and issue resolution
- Work closely with US and China teams to align on validation requirements
Preferred Education and Experience:
- MS /BS degree in a relevant technical field (e.g. EE, ME, CS)
- Hands-on experience with electronics testing, development and production
- Experience with electronics component validation and test requirements
- Prefer EMC test experience
- Skilled in operating electronics test equipment (DMM,Programmable Power Supply, Oscilloscope,etc.)
- Experience with automotive tools (CANoe, CANAlyzer, INCA, etc.) and common protocols (CAN, LIN, SPI, XCP, UDS, OBD, etc.)
- Prefer experience with EE design tools(AD,PADS,Allegro, etc.)
- Prefer knowledge in C/C++ with special focus on hard real-time embedded systems
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) - Good English language base a requirement
- 2+ years experience in the automotive industry
