Crafted Highlights:

In the role of Sr Financial Analyst- Capital working in Milwaukee, WI you will be part of the Capital Finance team. You will lead our monthly and long-range depreciation forecasts for the U.S. business and own the end-to-end capitalization process for North American projects. You’ll collaborate daily with engineering project managers and Global Business Services to shepherd each project through the asset-in-service pipeline. Your diligence will keep our records audit-ready, safeguarding key accounting controls and supporting the Capital Finance Manager during audit reviews. Always looking to improve, you’ll streamline workflows and automate routine tasks to free the team for higher-value analysis. As the subject-matter expert for SAP and SharePoint, you’ll refine these systems while rolling out next-generation Power BI dashboards that give leaders instant clarity on capital spend and depreciation trends. If transforming fixed-asset financial ideas into physical assets that propel our brands forward is your specialty, we want to meet you.

What You’ll Be Brewing:

  • Lead depreciation forecasting — Deliver monthly latest‐estimate (LE) and long-range projections, capturing the impact of both in-service assets and upcoming capital spend.
  • Own asset-in-service capitalization — Partner with engineering project managers to complete AIS forms and work with GBS to post finished projects accurately each month.
  • Maintain audit-ready controls — Safeguard fixed-asset accounting processes, align with policy, and support the Capex Manager during internal and external audits.
  • Review and govern capital projects — Assess scopes, budgets, and timelines before final approval, flagging gaps and risks so only well-supported projects advance.
  • Drive Continuous Improvement- Serve as the SME for SAP and Sharepoint, expand Power BI dashboards and streamline workflows to boost speed and accuracy.

Key Ingredients:

  • You have a Bachelor’s degree in Finance OR equivalent experience (4+ years) in the field of Finance
  • You have at least 3-5 years experience in Finance, and a strong knowledge of GAAP and fixed-asset accounting, SAP and previous exposure to migration/standardization/implementation projects or tool deployments.
  • You love a challenge. You complete complex projects quickly and adeptly with your understanding of the business priorities

Pay and Benefits:

At Molson Coors, we’re committed to paying people fairly and equitably for the work they do.

Job Posting Total Rewards Offerings: $81,600.00 - $107,100.00 (posting salary range) + 10% target short term incentive + $23,000 on average spent on benefits per employee, including but not limited to health, dental, vision, retirement with above market employer match, wellness incentives and EAP + paid time off (including holidays, vacation days and sick days).

The posting range provided above for salary is what we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We ultimately pay based on a number of non-discriminatory factors that inform pay decisions including but not limited to the required work location, previous work experience, skill set and internal equity.
