The IFRS Controller/Finance Manager will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy of financial reporting and consolidation processes, while driving improvements in finance systems and supporting the overall financial strategy.

Here’s How You’ll Make an Impact:

IFRS control

• Prepare Consolidated monthly report for Parent Company based on the Standalone reports
• Perform monthly review of entries posted by Standalone Companies for correctness
• Support audit team during annual audit of the Company
• Participate in the monthly period closing of the Group
• Take part in establishment of the processes and internal controls related to the Consolidation and Reporting for Parent Company
• Interpret and apply accounting policies, rules, and regulations to all work to ensure compliance with applicable standards
• Communicate findings to Finance managers/Head of Finance/CFO
• Review of tax returns

Finance management

• Maintain and improve Company’s processes – issue of sales invoices, purchases, etc.
• Work together with Head of Finance on establishment of systems for recurring processes of the Company and coordinate it with the Group requirements
• Prepare standalone reports of the Company including bank reconciliations
• Forecast and calculate the cash flow of the Company
• Initiate requests to prepare legal documents and follow up with Legal Counsel

What Makes You A Strong Candidate:

• 4 years of experience in Finance or at least 2 years of experience in a similar position
• Good understanding of accounting and reporting principles under IFRS, for consolidation purposes and joint ventures
• Experience in preparation of Consolidated Reports
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
• Good written and spoken English
• Good communication and presenting skills
• Attention to details and ability to work as part of the team

• ACCA or similar Certification
