For our Partner Enablement team, we are looking for Partner Enablement Engineer to help us drive Electrification & Automation business within Siemens and beyond. We are a highly motivated team and are excited to get to know you.

You’ll make an impact by

• Responsible for guiding customers on factory tour, presenting products based on their needs and communicating with them, actively promoting GIS products.
• Assist to exhibition panel management and maintenance.
• Cooperate with sales to develop new partners; coordinate with existing partners and provide technical support in production, project configurations, ordering, product changes, type test and regular refresher training for partners; supervise and review existing partners in accordance with siemens requirements.
• Collect and report department KPI data.
• Be able to independently complete product training for different customers.
• Other daily temporarily assigned tasks.

Your defining qualities

• Bachelor or above degree in mechanical or electrical engineering major, MV switchgear working experience is preferred.
• Fluency in English, more skilled in office software (Power point, Excel, Word etc.)
• Technical working experiences >= 3 years Engineer function
• Be active, proactive and creative in work.
• Good teamwork & collaboration.
