We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Engineer with 3 – 5 year so experience who will be responsible for maintaining, and troubleshooting software applications used for the regular production and generation of client reporting solutions, ensuring smooth incident resolution and system performance.
The successful candidate should have a strong technical background working within a data literate environment and experience of any of the following: SQL, JSON, Excel, ETL processes.
