To achieve our vision of a world with Zero Crashes, Zero Emissions and Zero Congestion, GM Mechatronics Hardware platform is evolving to provide robust service to our customers.
In this role, Product Hardware Design Manager – Aggregator, you will be responsible for executing Aggregator Hardware Design Validation, and Release throughout life cycle of a product. You will lead Hardware Engineering Team and work with cross functional team (Layout, Mechanical Engineering, Software, Semi conductor) to deliver quality product on time.
You'll effectively achieve program milestones by thorough and effective program management. You will coach and lead a team of electrical hardware engineers.
I am seeking a high performing manager to develop winning execution strategies, oversee solutions, resolve issues, and deliver continuous improvement for Aggregators considering quality, cost, and timing.

This role is categorized as hybrid. This means the successful candidate is expected to report to the office three times (Tues., Wed., Thurs.) per week, at minimum or other frequency dictated by the business.

Company Vehicle: Upon successful completion of a motor vehicle report review, you will be eligible to participate in a company vehicle evaluation program, through which you will be assigned a General Motors vehicle to drive and evaluate. Note: program participants are required to purchase/lease a qualifying GM vehicle every four years unless one of a limited number of exceptions applies.
Compensation:
The compensation information is a good faith estimate only. It is based on what a successful applicant might be paid in accordance with applicable state laws. The compensation may not be representative for positions located outside of New York, Colorado, California, or Washington.
The expected base compensation for this role is: $168,000 - $258,800. Actual base compensation within the identified range will vary based on factors relevant to the position.
Bonus Potential: An incentive pay program offers payouts based on company performance, job level, and individual performance.
