Who are we looking for?

The incumbent will support customers on plating chemicals used for PCB manufacturing in the customer line, including process troubleshooting, preparation of technical support and reviewing process parameters.

What will you be doing?

• Provide assistance to the customers on technical aspects whenever they encounter technical issues.
• Provide after-sales service to customer – troubleshoot on problems encountered on products and process flows.
• Provide technical advice on product usage and applications.
• Conduct routine process audit to assist customers in establishing and maintaining their processes.
• To monitor, improvement, implementation and review chemical related process parameters for PCB industries.
• To support during new process installation and do new process set up.
• Laboratory training for related process installation and routine analysis audits for GRC controls.
• Provide support for other accounts as deemed required across SEA countries on ad-hoc basis.

Who are You?

• Preferably with experience 5-10 years or more in PCB chemical processes or related plating experience.
• Possess a Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Chemistry, Chemical engineering or related disciplines.
• Experience in electroplating line setup will be an added advantage.

What competencies will you need?

• Competent in written and spoken English.
• Competent in spoken Mandarin will be an added advantage.
• Possess a valid Driving license and own a car/rent a car for work travel locally in Malaysia.
• Travel throughout SEA if required on ad-hoc basis
