The Promo Ops Associate will support FanDuel's promotional operations with a specific focus on Casino promotions for the Connecticut market and Mohegan Sun partnership. This role reports to the Promo Ops Director and collaborates with Mohegan Sun’s management to ensure seamless execution of promotional initiatives.

In addition to the specific responsibilities outlined above, employees may be required to perform other such duties as assigned by the Company. This ensures operational flexibility and allows the Company to meet evolving business needs.

THE GAME PLAN

  • Serve as the primary liaison between Mohegan Sun and FanDuel for promotional operations and marketing coordination, leading cross-functional initiatives to enhance customer experiences
  • Plan, build, and execute Casino promotions for the Connecticut market, ensuring alignment with the broader customer promotional calendar and overall marketing strategy
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across Promo, CRM, Customer Support, Analytics, Product, and Brand to deliver personalized and multi-product promotional campaigns that drive customer engagement, retention, and high-value actions
  • Collaborate closely with Customer Support for promotion-related issue resolution
  • Execute quality assurance processes to maintain the team's 99%+ promo accuracy standard
  • Leverage campaign, channel, and customer data to inform planning, optimize targeting, and generate actionable insights and recommendations. Monitor, audit, and report on promotional content performance
  • Ensure all promotions comply with Responsible Gaming requirements and state regulations
  • Support the implementation of personalized promotional automation and marketing technology initiatives, becoming a systems expert to help scale and optimize campaign execution across channels.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of documentation and knowledge bases related to promotions, campaigns, and CRM processes.

THE STATS

What we're looking for in our next teammate

  • 1-3 Years of experience in gaming, marketing operations, or related field
  • Strong understanding of casino gaming products and promotions
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office, SQL programs, Power BI and statistical programs
  • Knowledge of Connecticut gaming regulations preferred
  • Experience with Braze or other comparable CRM technology platforms a plus
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Effective communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining alignment with team objectives
  • Must be able to obtain/maintain necessary gaming licenses for Connecticut jurisdiction
  • Basic knowledge of HTML is a plus, but not required

The applicable hourly range for this position is $29.33 - $36.54 USD, which is dependent on a variety of factors including relevant experience, location, business needs and market demand. This role may offer the following benefits: medical, vision, and dental insurance; life insurance; disability insurance; a 401(k) matching program; among other employee benefits. This role may also be eligible for short-term or long-term incentive compensation, including, but not limited to, cash bonuses and stock program participation. This role includes paid personal time off and 14 paid company holidays. FanDuel offers paid sick time in accordance with all applicable state and federal laws.
