About the Role

Responsive is looking for a product-minded Senior DevOps Engineer with strong technical skills and a passion for building scalable, reliable, and secure infrastructure. This is an opportunity to work in a fast-paced, innovative environment and contribute to the growth of a top-tier SaaS company.

What You’ll Be Doing?

  • Infrastructure & Automation: Build and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure, automate deployments, and manage CI/CD pipelines.
  • Monitoring & Performance: Implement observability tools and optimize system performance for high availability and low latency.
  • Security & Compliance: Enforce security best practices, manage vulnerabilities, and ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to enhance development workflows and optimize infrastructure scalability.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with DevOps trends and drive innovation through automation and emerging technologies.

What We’re Looking For?

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Experience

  • 5 to 8 years of experience in DevOps, cloud infrastructure, or system reliability engineering.

Skills, Qualification & Ability

  • Strong experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure, including cloud-native services for networking, security, and storage.
  • Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation.
  • Experience in CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, or similar tools.
  • Strong knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Experience in monitoring and logging with tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, or APM tools(NewRelic).
  • Proficiency in scripting and automation using Python, Bash, or similar languages.
  • Familiarity with database administration and performance tuning for MongoDB is a plus.
  • Experience with disaster recovery (DR) and business continuity (BC) planning is a plus.
  • Zero Downtime Deployments: Experience implementing blue-green deployments, canary releases, and rolling updates.
  • AI/ML Ops: Exposure to ML pipelines and infrastructure for AI-driven applications is a plus
