Job details:

Frazier & Deeter is currently seeking a Temporary Administrative Assistant for 3 months out of our Atlanta office that will provide administrative and client service support to partners, managers, and staff. This position serves a critical support role among a growing and dynamic leadership team and ensures that timely and courteous service is provided to all clients and firm personnel.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Perform full administrative duties - typing memorandums, correspondence, documents and reports, as well as editing grammar, punctuation, and spelling as needed.
  • Processing notices, checks/payments and tax returns (i.e. printing and sending forms out through the mail - Certified Mail, FedEx, etc.)
  • Electronically filing tax returns/forms
  • Scanning client documents, categorizing into our client files
  • Updating client records in our CRM platform (new clients, etc.)
  • Prepare engagement letters
  • Prepare routine correspondence as requested and organize workload to comply with deadlines and priorities established by firm personnel.
  • Maintain a working knowledge/competency of appropriate systems applications utilized by firm, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Communicate messages to partners, managers, and staff.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

  • 3+ years of administrative experience, supporting multiple executives, preferably in public accounting.
  • Intermediate proficiency with Word, and Excel.
  • Effective time management and organizational skills.
  • Promotes continuous improvement in approach to work.
  • Detail oriented.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain and cultivate strong professional relationships, including key interactions with clients and firm personnel.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining a professional demeanor.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • High school diploma.
