Job Description

Reporting to the General Manager, the Customer Program Manager will implement program management techniques to lead and deliver the Boeing Customer Program. Leading a cross-functional program team, the Customer Program Manager will be responsible for the efficient, effective, and timely delivery of all contracted customer business with Boeing.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and deliver the Boeing Customer Program using program management techniques.
  • Manage and direct a cross-functional program team to ensure efficient delivery of contracted customer business.
  • Implement earned value management methodologies to monitor project progress and performance.
  • Ensure effective communication and collaboration across engineering, production, and commercial teams.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $95000.00 - $110000.00/yr.
