Job Description:

Uniphore’s Revenue Operations team is looking for candidates who are interested in changing the way companies do business from the inside out. Uniphore is looking for a Revenue Strategy, Programs and Analytics, Senior Manager who will work directly with the leaders to define and execute on the go-to-market strategy and help grow a world class GTM organization. The focus of this work will be designing and executing data-driven strategic go-to-market initiatives as well as providing planning and analytical support for high growth sales segments.

Your Priorities will include –

  • Strategy & Planning
  • Drive annual and quarterly GTM planning cycles, including segmentation, territory design, capacity modeling, and quota setting
  • Support executive decision-making through performance diagnostics and strategic recommendations
  • Partner with Marketing, Product and Finance teams to align product monetization and pricing strategies with GTM execution
  • Compensation Plan Design
  • Partner with Sales Leadership and Finance to design and refine compensation plans that align with business objectives and drive desired behaviors
  • Analyze historical attainment, rep productivity, and market benchmarks to inform compensation structure
  • Model the financial and behavioral impact of proposed plan changes across roles and segments
  • Support plan rollout and change management, including documentation, communication, and training
  • Monitor ongoing plan performance and recommend adjustments as needed to maintain fairness and effectiveness
  • Program Management
  • Lead high-impact GTM initiatives (e.g., ICP refinement, pipeline acceleration programs, sales coverage optimization)
  • Coordinate cross-functional programs across RevOps, Marketing Ops, and Enablement to improve funnel performance and execution consistency
  • Operationalize new GTM motions (e.g. product cross-sell) through programmatic rollout and measurement
  • Analytics & Insights
  • Own pipeline and revenue reporting frameworks, ensuring consistency and accuracy in business reviews and forecasting
  • Analyze trends across funnel performance, customer lifecycle, and rep productivity; translate insights into clear actions
  • Build scalable dashboards and models using Salesforce, Tableau, and other analytics tools

Qualifications :–

  • 6–10 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Strategy, or GTM Analytics roles within high-growth SaaS environments
  • Proven ability to lead strategic initiatives from concept to execution
  • Expert in Salesforce and Excel; strong experience with BI tools (e.g., Tableau)
  • Strong executive presence and communication skills; able to influence across all levels
  • Experience in conversational AI or enterprise software preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or related advanced degree a plus

Hiring Range:

$154,400 - $212,300 - for Primary Location of USA - CA - Palo Alto

The specific rate will depend on the successful candidate's qualifications and prior experience.
