Job Description
The Enrollment Learning and Development Partner is a dynamic and motivated professional responsible for designing, developing, delivering, and evaluating high-impact training and development initiatives that enhance the effectiveness and competencies of enrollment staff. This role manages the full training lifecycle, including new hire onboarding, technical skills development, sustainment training, and professional growth initiatives; and is responsible for creating scalable eLearning and instructor-led training experiences based on business needs, utilizing best practices in instructional design and Agile-based project management principles.
The Enrollment Learning and Development Partner collaborates closely with internal and external subject matter experts to research, design, and incorporate proven learning strategies and quality practices into curriculum and training events. They develop learning solutions that include classroom and virtual training, eLearning modules, job aids, coaching resources, and other performance support tools.
This position plays a critical role in managing large, high-profile, project-based training events and multiple development initiatives simultaneously, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. They partner with leadership teams on talent development efforts, assist with talent management activities, and serve as advocates for learner success by delivering data-driven results and reporting progress to stakeholders.
By fostering collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement, the Enrollment Learning and Development Partner drives business results through innovative learning and performance improvement strategies across the enrollment department.
