Summary

For the “Production Technology” department, we are looking for an “Industrial Engineer Integration Electronic Assemblies (f/m/d)” at the Ulm site as soon as possible.

Within HENSOLDT Sensors GmbH, the “Production Technology” department focuses on production start-up planning, specification, planning and realization of production systems and production lines, introduction of innovative manufacturing technologies, cooperation in the design of new products with the aim of efficient and cost-effective producibility, industrial participation / offset and transfer of production (ToP).

Your Tasks

• Technical project management as part of the industrialization process for complex electronic assemblies and systems
• Collaboration in the development of new products in the sense of “concurrent engineering” to ensure production readiness
• In particular, ensuring the producibility of new printed circuit boards in close cooperation with engineering and design
• Development of assembly and testing concepts in close cooperation with design, engineering and production
• Specification and design of production equipment (measuring chambers, assembly and test stations, production lines, building infrastructure)
• Management of subcontractors
• Planning and implementation of “Transfer of Production” (ToP) projects for the fulfillment of offset obligations in export
• Collaboration in supplier selection and implementation of ToP worldwide
• Collaboration in the implementation of process and design FMEAs

Willingness to travel and work abroad is a prerequisite.

Your Profile

• Degree in electrical engineering, aerospace engineering, microsystems engineering, physics, mechanical engineering (Master's, Dipl.-Ing.) or comparable
• Several years of professional experience in product development, systems engineering, industrial engineering, manufacturing technology or comparable or experience in the field of SMD assembly production advantageous
• Experience as a technical project manager / segment manager
• Good knowledge of the production of electronic assemblies
• Strong communication and team leadership skills
• Very good organizational and coordination skills
• Business fluent in English and German
