The SEC Reporting Analyst is responsible for the preparation of all SEC financial reports and certain internal management financial reports. Administers and directs all steps, including staff supervision, necessary to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.This position will work closely with the Company’s external and internal auditors to ensure compliance with accounting standards and Company policies.
Prepare quarterly and annual SEC reports (Forms 10-K, 10-Q, 8-K, earnings releases):
Support the annual audit and quarterly review activities with external auditors
Prepare and distribute the Company’s internal Flash Report and other management reports as necessary
Support month-end and year-end closing activities
PROBLEM SOLVING & DECISION MAKING:
Financial reporting for SEC, U.S. GAAP and regulatory purposes requires a great deal of decision making. This position is responsible for understanding these reporting requirements. The SEC Reporting Analyst will work under the direction of the SEC Reporting Manager to make changes to the system and processes.
