About the Role

  • As an Order Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction and supporting the success of our brands across the APAC region. You’ll be responsible for the accurate and timely processing of orders, shipments, and returns, acting as a key liaison between our customers and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately process customer orders, amendments, and releases in line with system and compliance guidelines.
  • Monitor order fulfillment and delivery timelines, proactively addressing any risks or opportunities and communicating with relevant stakeholders.
  • Manage customer returns, claims, and defective product processes to ensure timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare and distribute commercial and customs documentation in accordance with customer requirements and local regulations.
  • Support continuous improvement by contributing to the harmonization and optimization of operational processes.

  • Proficiency in English (spoken and written)
