Senior Manager, People Operations (Hybrid - 3 days onsite per week)
Overview:
The Senior Manager, People Operations Reporting will drive data-driven decision-making across people operations, HR compliance, total rewards, HRIS management, onboarding, and offboardings. As a trusted partner, the Manager will draw on their strong foundational knowledge of HR to help lead best-in-class People Operations processes, procedures, and systems that meet the company’s business needs and provide excellent customer service to our workforce.
The impact you'll make:
- Manage HRIS day-to-day and oversee HR system process improvements, data integrity, access management, system integrations and solutions implementations, and end-user support.
- Streamline and optimize people processes, including onboarding, offboarding, and compliance and partner cross-functionally (Legal, IT, Audit, Talent, HRBP’s) on regulatory initiatives.
- Manage HR data reporting including all required reporting to ensure compliance with employment rules and regulations.
- Ensure that HR recordkeeping and data processing procedures comply with the relevant rules and regulations.
- Collaborate with Finance to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing
- Ensure the delivery of a high-quality end-to-end employee experience when interacting with the People Operations team or related processes and serve as the escalation point for complex benefits inquiries and employee support.
- Ensure People Operations operates in accordance with applicable compliance standards, policies, procedures, and federal, state, and local regulations.
- Oversee audits and vendor management for benefits, 401(k), Workers' Comp, and other People-related services to ensure competitiveness, compliance, and cost-effectiveness.
- Manage the design, implementation, and communication of health, wellness, and leave programs.
- Lead enrollment processes, including project planning, communication strategies, and system updates.

- Establish accountability and measuring success through reporting and data resources.
What you've accomplished:
- Minimum 7 years of professional experience in an HR Operations environment.
- 3+ years of people management experience.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Human Resources, Organizational Behavior, or related field.
- Prior experience with developing strategic HRIS roadmaps and implementations.
- Ability to work in a high growth, fast-paced environment to meet changing business needs.
- Proven experience in managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines, understanding business needs, and managing resources to deliver consistent results to bring People initiatives to successful completion.
- Strong leadership capabilities with proven ability to develop and implement an effective and efficient employee experience.
- Prior experience in successfully overseeing Benefits and Total Rewards.
- Strong team player with the ability to build trust through effective collaboration and coaching of a high-performing team.
- Excellent verbal and written communication with a proven ability to influence and build relationships.
- Strong business acumen with experience working as part of a startup, and mid-large organization.
- Ability to focus on new opportunities and challenges with high energy, enthusiasm, and a sense of urgency.
- Ability to build strong partnerships and to influence confidently, effectively, and collaboratively.
- High integrity with the ability to work with highly sensitive and confidential information.
- Good knowledge of relevant labor legislation.
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to translate requests into actionable data insights.
Bonus points:
The base pay range for this position is $140,013.00 - $165,026.00 per year
