Train towards earning the requisite certifications in different MAKO applications within the stipulated period.
Provide case coverage as well as standby as Clinical Specialist to scrub in for joint replacement cases.
Drives account growth by working with key hospital staff, thought leaders and referring doctors to develop a referral base and increase procedure volume.
Provide training and Clinical/Technical support to surgeons and hospital staff.
Pre-operative CT scans planning and CT segmentation.
Support processes including case booking, documentation, reporting, billing, etc.
Participate in training and sales & marketing activities as needed.
Provide prompt and accurate complaint reports per Stryker’s quality system.
Collaborate with sales & clinical team to deliver high standards of service & quality care to patients.
What You Need:
Bachelor’s degree in biomedical engineering, Biology, Biotechnology, Biomedicine, or a related health sciences field.
Working experience in MNC commercial settings is an advantage.
