The Senior Analyst, Treasury Capital Markets will support Salesforce’s capital
structure and allocation programs to enable the Company’s next phase of
exceptional growth. You will be an integral part of the Treasury team within the
Finance organization, and will focus on capital markets transactions, capital
structure and allocation, cash flow projections, bank and credit rating agency
relationships, reporting and analytics, and other related activities.
The role will work closely with senior Treasury management, Investor Relations and multiple Corporate Finance groups on long term capital structure and capital allocation strategies, debt and alternative financing activities, asset liability
management programs, share repurchase and dividend programs. In addition, you will partner closely with other Treasury functions and across Salesforce’s Investor Relations, Legal, Corporate Development and various other functional teams as part of a range of Treasurer and COFO-driven strategic initiatives.
