Key responsibilities
- Design and manage Region China Standard Reports and related datasets to fit the strategic fits and maximize the business value of each data products;
- Keep data standards and business rules well documented and tracked as well as ensuring compliance of data usage among users;
- Strong partnership with LoB business owners in business needs collection and data analytic solution translation, iteratively improve the data products via collaborating with stakeholders to ensure data alignment with different groups within NNRC;
- Coordinate data and analytics training to support appropriate use of data and analytics in LoB, partner with LoB to enable use of analytics environment and educate on key data sources
- Contribute to Analytics and Data Governance portal, act as key player in NNRC Analytics Governance composing and deployment, drive accuracy and efficiency in data product delivery methods and processes;

Qualifications
- Master’s degree or above equivalent in computer science, mathematics or statistics, operations research, econometrics etc.
- At least 5 years working experience in healthcare/pharma companies in data and analytics area, including business intelligence (reporting & analytics), data mining, data modeling and advanced analytics.
- Hands-on experience in GenAI/ML projects with HCP data or patient analytics.
- Deep knowledge and experience in querying databases (SQL, Hive) and in data visualization tools, Power BI, Tableau, etc.
- Proven ability to align analytics with commercial goals, e.g., sales growth, market share.
- Ability to reconcile technical and business perspectives, experience in experimentation frameworks and understanding how to measure end user impacting metrics.
- Thrives in dynamic, fast-paced environments where passion for customer engagement and great experience are at the forefront of all design & development.
- Software and/or Data architecture experience is a plus.
- Experience in Agile delivery model is a plus.
- Experience in pharmaceutical industry is a must.
