About the Position

  • Enablement programs are designed with consideration of Salesforce's strategy, learning programs delivered by the Global Enablement team at headquarters, and the strategy of the assigned department, while also collaborating and communicating with cross-functional teams, Japan and APAC teams. All desired outcomes will lead to the achievement of your BU's revenue growth and development of better talent to be succeed at Salesforce.
  • As Korea Enablement Business Partner, you will act as the “Chief Enablement Officer” and key business partner, to the Leaders of a Business Unit (BU) within Korea teams, including Inside Sales, Sales, Solution Engineers, Professional Services, Customer Success, Customer Support, and Alliances. This role will serve as a guide, trusted, strategic advisor to develop the Korea enablement strategy aligned with the Company Priorities, Korea’s business priorities and Go To Market Team. They will be responsible for the strategic end-to-end enablement plan. They will design, deliver and track enablement programs to accelerate talent development across products, industry/segment knowledge, role-based competencies.
  • The Salesforce Enablement team provides a variety of enablement programs for employees to deepen their understanding of Salesforce's strategy, improve the capabilities and skills needed to execute on it, and understand the processes and tools to make it happen.

Key responsibilities

  • Design Enablement plans to achieve business results : Analyzes and interprets key sales metrics to identify gaps & define the most relevant Enablement programs required to impact business metrics. Designs and ensures the execution and deployment of the end-to-end Enablement strategy (Quarterly and Annual Plans), all plans associated with the BU strategy and agendas.
  • Create content and deliver training programs : Based on the Enablement Plans, develop and deliver the related Enablement trainings that up-level the sellers’ skills in order to have phenomenal customer conversations. Implement the measures necessary to achieve the goals and strategies of the assigned BUs, leveraging the expertise of various specialists. Work within the team on programs such as New Hire Onboarding, Global Programs(Product Surge, Excellence Academy) etc and deliver the Enablement programs.
  • PDCA of Enablement measurements : Provide assessment and efficiency metrics on proficiencies and skill gaps in up leveling various capabilities in business, sales, industry and product skills. Analyze training effectiveness, organizational performance data, and other data sources to continuously improve and adjust the data-driven Enablement plan.
  • Build Trust : Responsible for establishing close business working relationship with the respective key sales and solutions teams in Korea. Understands Sales Industry and GTM approach and uses such knowledge to build credibility and trust with Leaders. Demonstrates thought leadership and expertise in the latest enablement trends, tools, programs and technologies.

Required Skills/Experience

  • Minimum of 6 years working experience with minimum 3 years field sales experience.
  • Strong interest in facilitating and leading in-person enablement sessions and/or some experience.
  • Ability to to design enablement strategies and oversee the execution of learning solutions to drive outcomes with ability to work closely with a wide range of stakeholders
  • Ability to quickly build trusted relationships and work effectively with cross-regional, cross-functional colleagues.
  • Ability to use multiple communication channels in an impactful manner to convey key messages to partners across the organization.
  • Change oriented. Works optimally in the face of ambiguity, shifting priorities, and rapid change.
  • Ability to coordinate a variety of projects/programs and supporting tools simultaneously
  • Business level of English

Preferred Requirements

  • Knowledge of Salesforce or Enterprise Application concepts.
  • Technical background and familiarity with enterprise applications / concepts.
  • Understanding of Korea market and the industry Go-To-Market motions
  • Experience with global training models / frameworks.
  • Business level of Japanese will be plus
