As a (Senior) CRM Communications Manager (m/f/d) in our global CRM team you can make an impact by driving the team forward, developing our brands and customer communication across the globe. As part of a data-driven team in our Marketing & Customer Product organization you will report into the CRM Team Lead.
This is a critical role for CRM at Flix as we expand our capabilities, redefine our toolset and constantly optimize for maximum revenue, profits, and growth, as well as scalability and efficiency. We support constant global market growth with our marketing activities to increase repeated purchases and prevent churn. This role is based in Lisbon, Portugal.
