Position Overview

Express Employment Professionals – Forest Lake is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant for a full-time opportunity in North Branch, MN. Pay & Schedule

• Hourly Pay: $28–$30 (based on experience)
• Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• Pay Frequency: Weekly
• Employment Type: Evaluation-to-Hire
• Location: North Branch, MN

Key Responsibilities

• Data entry of financial records and reconciliation
• Managing multiple accounts including general funds and local bank accounts
• Handling accounts payable and invoice processing
• Overseeing two money market accounts for liquidity and investment access
• Supporting accounting functions such as filing, faxing, scanning, and customer service

Qualifications

• Experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or financial data entry
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and reconcile financial records
• Proficiency in standard office software and accounting tools
• CPA or CPFO certification is a plus; compensation is flexible based on experience
