As Intern, Group Operations, you will gain hands-on experience in group life insurance administration and learn about the insurance industry and regulatory environment. Especially, you can develop professional skills in a supportive, real-world setting.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Assist in processing new applications and maintaining records under supervision.
  • Help with policy renewals, terminations, and amendments.
  • Support in maintaining accurate records and ensuring data integrity.
  • Conduct basic data audits and report findings to supervisors.
  • Aid in the coordination of new member enrollments.
  • Assist with communication and documentation related to enrollment processes.
  • Perform general administrative tasks to support the team, such as filing, data entry, and scheduling meetings.

Required Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in business, finance, insurance, or a related field.
  • Relevant work experience of 6 months experience (optional)
  • Computer literate in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Teamwork, focused, results driven, professional maturity, and self-confidence
  • Work efficiently and accurately and able to work under pressure and independently, a team player who is self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Have a strong character and able to consider and advice on the consequences of various courses of action
  • Detail oriented with patience on detail paper works and record setup in system
  • High comfort level working in a diverse environment
