Job Title: General Production Worker

Job Description

Join our team as a General Production Worker where you will play an essential role in our production line. You will be responsible for working on the bottling line, loading empty bottles onto the line for filling, and managing general production duties.

Responsibilities

  • Load empty bottles, gallons, drums, and smaller containers onto the production line for filling.
  • Place bottles on labeler machines and remove finished products to put them into boxes.
  • Work alongside conveyors to package finished products.
  • Handle general production duties and lift up to 50 lbs.

Essential Skills

  • 1+ year of production experience in manufacturing.
  • Reliability and punctuality are crucial.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience with forklifts is preferred.
  • Familiarity with general labor and packaging processes is beneficial.

Work Environment

You will be part of a dynamic team of approximately 25-30 employees, including office staff, drivers, and warehouse staff. Work in a production bottling and palletizing area with opportunities for growth, as the company is constructing a new bonded warehouse. The shift runs from 7am-3:30pm, Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturdays. A 30-minute lunch and two 15-minute breaks are provided. The workplace emphasizes punctuality and readiness to work by 7am.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $19.00/hr.
