Job Description

As a Production Associate, you will be responsible for assembling components and subassemblies utilizing hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments. You will follow detailed work instructions, blueprints, and technical drawings to ensure accurate production, conduct quality checks and inspections to meet specifications and safety standards, and maintain accurate production records and documentation. Collaboration with engineers, quality assurance, and other team members will be essential to resolve production issues effectively. You will be operating machinery and equipment safely and efficiently, maintaining a clean and organized work environment, and adhering to all safety protocols and company policies.

Responsibilities

Work Environment

The work shifts are organized into three: 1st shift from 7:15am to 3:45pm, 2nd shift from 3:30pm to 11:30pm, and 3rd shift from 11:30pm to 7:30am.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of San Marcos, Texas.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr.
