As a Production Associate, you will be responsible for assembling components and subassemblies using hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments. You will follow detailed work instructions, blueprints, and technical drawings to ensure accurate production and perform quality checks and inspections to ensure compliance with specifications and safety standards. Maintaining accurate production records and documentation will be essential, along with collaborating with engineers, quality assurance, and other team members to resolve production issues. Operating machinery and equipment safely and efficiently, maintaining a clean and organized work environment, and adhering to all safety protocols and company policies are key aspects of this role.

The work environment offers flexible shift options including 1st shift from 7:15am to 3:45pm, 2nd shift from 3:30pm to 11:30pm, and 3rd shift from 11:30pm to 7:30am. The facility emphasizes safety and cleanliness, ensuring a productive and secure setting for all employees.
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of San Marcos, Texas.
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr.
