Responsibilities

Own the strategy and execution of global growth marketing campaigns that drive adoption and engagement of small business products, leveraging owned channels such as email and onsite notifications.

Build programs from the ground up: from goal setting to infrastructure and process development, to fostering cross-functional relationships.

Apply a deep understanding of growth and optimization best practices such as A/B testing to work closely with data science team to conduct experiments, track and evaluate results, and deep dive data to improve performance.

Partner with product teams to develop performance-driven growth efforts and internal campaign management platform.

Partner with regional teams to build marketing content for regional growth.

Align content/product/sales teams on growth narratives and segment playbooks.

Continuously drive innovation and experiment with new marketing channels, tools, and creatives.

Qualifications

Qualifications

Must have a Master's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Information Technology, Economics, Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Communications or a related field, and 1 year of related work experience; OR a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Information Technology, Economics, Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Communications or a related field, and 3 years of related work experience.

Of the required experience, must have 1 year of experience in each of the following:

Conducting strategic analysis on industry trends, customers, and competitors and developing methodologies to analyze target market;

Designing and executing multi-stage go-to-market and product testing strategies, including A/B testing to validate product-market fit;

Designing and conducting user testing, surveys, and interviews and applying quantitative and qualitative data analysis to generate actionable insight to influence product roadmaps;

Building dashboards and reports to gather and process large quantities of data; and

Collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to drive product implementation.

Type: Full time, 40 hours/week

Location: San Jose, CA

Salary: $190445 per year
