The Opportunity
Nutanix is looking for a high energy Product Management professional with superior leadership, analytical and influencing skills to be part of our dynamic and growing team. This role of a Senior Product Manager will be responsible for advancing Nutanix’s Prism management plane capabilities, specifically in the areas of Lifecycle Management (Deployment and Upgrades).
You will play a vital role in shaping and driving Lifecycle Management capabilities for the entire Nutanix stack, comprising the compute, storage, clusters on data center and ROBO/edge scenarios covering software and firmware upgrades, improving scalability and speed. We are looking for a product manager with excellent technical acumen; an individual to take our Deployment and Upgrade frameworks to the next level - both for on-premises and our expanding cloud-based solutions. The role will focus on products improving the experience of Day 0 to Day 2 customer operations, including scaling initial deployment, management and upgrading of customer’s Nutanix infrastructure, including solutions that are launching in the next year.

Nutanix offers a hybrid model with the expectation to be in the office for 2-3 days a week to foster team collaboration and face-to-face interactions.

Hybrid: This role operates in a hybrid capacity, blending the benefits of remote work with the advantages of in-person collaboration. For most roles, that will mean coming into an office a minimum of 2 - 3 days per week, however certain roles and/or teams may require more frequent in-office presence. Additional team-specific guidance and norms will be provided by your manager.
The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between USD $ 182,400 and USD $ 364,800 per year.
However, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a sign-on bonus, restricted stock units, and discretionary awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
