Responsibilities

Assist the business teams/leadership in making the optimal business decision within the compliance review process for monetization areas by conducting compliance risk assessments and evaluating mitigation suggestions associated with products/projects/initiatives.

Gather and organize relevant data to conduct initial Product Requirements Document (PRD) review and provide feedback to product teams.

Determine the appropriate review processes/procedures for the PRD (e.g., quick, regular, exemption).

Collaborate with and manage cross-functional stakeholders (e.g., Legal, PR, GR, Product teams, etc) and ensure that compliance reviews are completed timely.

Communicate assessment results to relevant stakeholders and support risk mitigation efforts as needed.

Plan and monitor the overall progress of the program and coordinate projects and interdependencies.

Manage risks and support issues resolution, stakeholders communications, and program documentation/trackers/timeline.

Qualifications

Qualifications

Must have a Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Information Systems, Management, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field, and 2 years of related work experience; OR a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Information Systems, Management, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field, and 5 years of post-bachelor’s, progressive related work experience.

Of the required experience, must have 2 years of experience in each of the following:

Designing and evolving security or privacy compliance processes and streamlining operations;

Managing key stakeholder relationships and gathering data to build and improve security or privacy compliance programs aimed at improving security or privacy posture;

Managing security or privacy compliance projects or programs involving cross-functional stakeholders to formulate workplan, drive alignment, coordinate collaboration, and deliver strategic business outcome;

Working within project or program team settings to diagnose problems, supporting decision making, influencing project or program direction and stakeholder decisions, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving change;

Managing project or program risk and issues related to meeting deadlines, project schedule, resourcing, or budget by identifying, communicating, and triaging resolution;

Identifying opportunities to improve security or privacy compliance processes and systems; and

Developing, maintaining, and improving security or privacy compliance policies and procedures.

Type: Full time, 40 hours/week

Salary: $265034 per year
