Responsibilities Work closely with cross-functional teams from Product, Engineering, and Sales to drive the end-to-end delivery of new products, services, and/or features to market. Manage a variety of complex, cross-functional programs and lead all aspects of assigned programs delivery. Create and maintain the Roadmap for the teams by working with the respective Tech and Product leaders. Define the way of driving the programs and constantly find ways to improve the process in a data-driven manner. Prepare the project schedule, define the milestones, and be the owner of the collaboration process and tools. Track and report progress, identify and mitigate risks, and remove blockers. Lead Agile/Scrum teams as a coach or scrum master. Ensure products and applications release to market smoothly. Mentor and coach junior team members and grow the team.
Qualifications Must have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Information Technology, Information Systems, Business Administration, Management, Business Analytics, or a related field, and 3 years of related work experience. Of the required experience, must have 1 year of experience in each of the following: Agile development process and leading scrum teams as a coach or a scrum master; Software development project management including building development processes and coordinating release schedules; Creating and maintaining the software development roadmap for the engineers; Managing key stakeholder relationships and gathering feedback to build programs aimed at driving customer revenue, growth, and retention; and Planning, developing, and executing projects in Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
