Job Description

P&G's legal internship program is designed to host a second-year law school student in the summer of 2026 who demonstrates a track record of outstanding achievement.

The program is instructive, challenging, and offers the opportunity for the selected participant to work directly with P&G attorneys on legal issues impacting the Company and to experience a dynamic business environment first-hand. We do this by having one attorney take responsibility for coordinating the participant's work. Each coordinator arranges for the participant to work on legal projects from a variety of practice groups, as well as to be involved in different types of hands-on experiences -- such as meetings with clients, attending depositions or trials, etc. Because our internship program is very small, we are able to ensure that each participant receives numerous opportunities making for a unique and challenging experience.

Application Requirements:

  • Resume
  • Cover Letter
  • Current, unofficial law school transcript until an official transcript can be provided
  • Official undergraduate transcript(s)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in legal research and analysis on various topics, including intellectual property, regulatory compliance, corporate governance, and contract law.
  • Draft and review legal documents.
  • Participate in meetings and discussions, providing insights and perspectives on ongoing legal matters with a supervising attorney.
  • Engage in special projects that align with the intern’s interests and the needs of the legal department.

Application Deadline: July 9, 2025

Please address your Cover Letter to Adam Heider and Priya Mistry and apply at www.pgcareers.com. In your cover letter, please explain your interest in working at P&G and how your background and skills align with the responsibilities of the intern position.
