Purpose of Role:

As part of this program, early career college graduates (bachelor’s or masters) will commit to working full time at our Divisional Headquarters in Portland, OR. Key Responsibilities:

  • Communication: Communicate and build working relationships with customers and internal staff to identify design criteria for best in class products which meet and exceed customer expectation
  • Innovation: Generate innovative ideas develop those into product solutions that meet customer and manufacturing requirements
  • Problem Solving: Use sound engineering principles and practices in defining, solving, and documenting problem solutions
  • Safety First: Demonstrate 100% commitment to our zero harm behaviors in support of our drive towards developing a world class safety culture.

Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications:

  • This opportunity is ideal for recent graduates or soon to be graduates in 2025
  • Mechanical Engineering degree required
  • CAD experience required
  • Highly proficient in verbal and written English
  • Leadership experience, gained through participation in sports, clubs or projects that demonstrate your ability to lead and inspire others.
  • Have an appetite for learning and are open to feedback
  • Have strong attention to detail, are organized and a team player
  • Experience with fabrication, welding and/ or casting are a plus
  • Must be permanently eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship
