このポジションのロケーションは広島※で、ワークモードは、「リモート」です。
※入社数か月～1年は大阪でOJT含む勤務あり。

総合プロファイル:
フィールドサービスエンジニアは、弊社製品のオンサイトサービス、修理、およびインストールを提供し、システム機器の運用やメンテナンス面での顧客への技術サポートを提供します。顧客に対しての連絡、技術および問題解決にむけたサービス提供が役割となります。システム障害発生時の診断を含め、最も費用対効果の高いソリューションを判断、決定します。技術サポートや品質レポートシステムのより高いレベルに複雑な問題をエスカレーションします。社用車での移動が頻繁に必要となるため、弊社の車両安全プログラムの要求事項を遵守する必要があります。
