Job Summary
We are seeking a Sr. Product Specialist (T) with 4 to 8 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills in Facets-Technical ANSI SQL and MS SQL Server along with domain expertise in Payer. This hybrid role requires a proactive individual who can work effectively in a dynamic environment. The position operates during day shifts and does not require travel.
Responsibilities
Lead the development and implementation of product strategies that align with company goals.
Oversee the technical aspects of Facets-Technical to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
Provide expertise in ANSI SQL to develop and optimize complex queries.
Utilize MS SQL Server to manage and maintain databases ensuring data integrity and security.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for new product features.
Conduct thorough testing and validation of product enhancements to ensure quality and functionality.
Monitor product performance and user feedback to identify areas for improvement.
Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for product processes and technical specifications.
Offer technical support and troubleshooting assistance to resolve product-related issues.
Stay updated with industry trends and advancements to incorporate best practices into product development.
Participate in regular team meetings to discuss project progress and share insights.
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies in all product-related activities.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of product development methodologies and tools.
Qualifications
Possess strong technical skills in Facets-Technical demonstrating the ability to manage and optimize the system effectively.
Have extensive experience with ANSI SQL capable of writing and optimizing complex queries for various applications.
Demonstrate proficiency in MS SQL Server with a solid understanding of database management and maintenance.
Bring domain expertise in Payer understanding the specific needs and challenges within this sector.
Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills able to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
Show strong communication skills capable of collaborating with diverse teams and stakeholders.
