What is the opportunity?

Are you interested in the opportunity to work as a Process Support Officer - Intern at RBC?

What will you do?

  • Play a key role in ensuring the consistency and quality of business process information across the Enterprise through support of the Process Risk & Control Self Assessment (P-RCSA) program
  • Organize and coordinate project plans to deliver P-RCSAs across the enterprise.
  • Serve as a liaison among project teams delivering P-RCSAs. Translating program requirements into activities and practices.
  • Monitor program development to ensure that quality standards and goals are achieved and ensure all projects within the program are implemented, accepted and accomplished within a set deadline.

What do you need to succeed?

Must-have

  • Currently enrolled at a Canadian post-secondary institution with a focus on data science, computer science, mathematics, statistics, machine learning
  • Leadership acumen and a passion to apply it in a dynamic business environment
  • Excellent interpersonal and highly developed communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Creative and analytical thinker who is self-driven and capable of working in a fast paced environment
  • Cultivate relationships within Operational Risk and with key partners within the 1LOD, to support program teams in driving Operational Risk priorities from conception to completion
  • Proficiency in creating high-quality executive presentations and reports
  • Exceptional PowerPoint, storytelling, and communication skills (including facilitation in remote / virtual models)

Please note: This posting is for a 4-months Fall 2025 Student placement with a start date of September 2025, and end date of December 2025. In order to be eligible for this 4-months Student position, you must either:

  • Be returning back to school after the work term end-date of December 2025 ; or
  • If you are not returning back to school (i.e. are graduating in December 2025), you must require the full 4-months work term as a mandatory component to in order to graduate successfully.
