Responsibilities: - Assist in growing new TSPs by helping with pitching, training, tracking their progress, and supporting them with tools and tips to improve their performance - Maintain and cultivate communication with agency partners, including helping them get started and staying connected through community updates - Conduct basic data analysis and research to generate insights for strategic initiatives and partner development - Assist in planning and executing offline events, or activities aimed at partner engagement and business development - Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to support cross-functional projects - Help create simple reports, presentations, and materials to showcase successful cases and share learnings
Minimum Qualifications - Actively enrolled University student - Familiar with different social apps and tools such as Zalo, Facebook, Instagram, etc - Strong understanding of the E-Commerce and Social Media industry (TikTok's dynamic content, campaign and assortment) - Good interpersonal skills, strong logical thinking, and analytical abilities. - Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and grow in the e-Commerce industry Preferred Qualifications - Graduating in 2026 or later, currently pursuing a bachelor's degree or higher in e-commerce, marketing, or related fields preferred - Experience using design tools such as Canva, to create visually engaging materials - Proficiency with Excel and data tools for managing data sets - Have basic experience in e-commerce and networking; familiarity with service provider operations or an interest in content operations is a plus.
