Essential Duties:

  • Preparing and entering journal entries related to department operations
  • General Ledger account analysis and reconciliation schedules
  • Review and update amortization and recurring entries to be made
  • Supports intercompany billing processes
  • Assist with External and Internal Audit requests and supporting documents including Sarbanes Oxley compliance
  • Catalogues and organizes monthly entries to assist with research and audit documentation
  • Assisting operations and accounting manager with day-to-day issues
  • Key User and Administrator for account reconciliation management software
  • Cross functional collaboration with other accounting and finance teams
  • Other duties/tasks as assigned

Requirements:

  • EDUCATION: Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field
  • EXPERIENCE: 1 to 3 years experience in Accounting
  • TRAVEL: 5%
  • OTHER:
    • Valid Driver’s License
    • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
    • ERP systems experience
