Key job responsibilities

• Analyze Complex Data: Create sophisticated methods to process, organize, and extract actionable insights from large-scale datasets
• Develop Innovative Solutions: Build advanced tools and models to automate decision-making for complex supply chain challenges
• Drive Strategic Initiatives: Collaborate with partner teams to develop and implement three-year roadmaps for delivery acceleration
• Lead Project Execution: Design and launch pilot programs for transformative opportunities, creating comprehensive business cases
• Communicate Insights: Prepare concise, data-driven reports for senior leadership and facilitate cross-team business reviews

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Operational Research)
• Demonstrated experience in analytical roles
• Proficient in SQL
• Strong ability to solve large-scale, ambiguous problems using data
• Excellent communication skills with ability to synthesize complex information
• Proven track record of project leadership and cross-functional collaboration

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Advanced expertise in SQL/Redshift
• Experience with machine learning or advanced statistical modeling
• Background in supply chain optimization or logistics
• Demonstrated ability to work independently in complex, evolving environments
