At Mill Creek Residential Trust the Treasury Analyst contributes to success by ensuring an efficient banking structure to support operations. The Analyst will support all aspects of Treasury Operations activities. This includes assisting with opening and closing bank accounts, implementing services, and responding to information requests.

Essential Functions/Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate maintenance of bank account, balance, bank/Treasury systems and bank cost information
• Receive requests for bank account openings and closings; track and execute those requests through treasury workstation
• Ensure treasury and cash management services are implemented for all accounts
• Respond to requests for bank balance and transaction details
• Administer User access for all banking websites
• Update and maintain list of signers for all accounts
• Evaluate new banking products and services
• Special projects and ad-hoc request as needed
• Cross-functional support with Accounting, Accounts Payable, Operations, as needed

Experience and/or Education

• Bachelors in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field
• 2 years work experience in accounting or finance, with exposure to banking

Skills/Specialized Knowledge

• Excellent communication (written and verbal), analytical and interpersonal skills
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Ability to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines
