The HT Group is partnering with a prominent security company in Austin, TX who is seeking a Sr. Collections Specialist to join their team for a 6-month contract. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience in business-to-business (B2B) collections, has strong analytical and research skills, experience with cash applications, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and a demonstrated ability to manage high-volume portfolios. This is not a consumer collections role—experience handling collections from corporate clients is required.

Pay: $25-$29/hour depending on experience

Model: Hybrid (2 days in office, 3 days working from home)

Type: 6-month contract with possibility of extension/conversion

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in business-to-business (B2B) collections
• Experience with high-volume collections
• Ability to work on a 6-month contract role
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Proven success working in a team setting
• Strong analytical and research skills

Desired:

• Past experience with cash application highly preferred
• Bachelor’s or Associate’s Degree in Business
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
