Main Objective:

As Solution architect Delivery Manager you’ll lead the IT solution process, translating requirements into solution designs and ensuring the selection of appropriate technologies, providing guidance and mentorship on critical system integration topics, while being the administrative manager of your team.

Main Tasks:

  • As the Architect you’ll Lead the IT solution process across all phases of design and development, ensuring smooth execution and compliance with security and governance requirements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and translate requirements into solution designs, and maintain clear documentation including architecture diagrams and integration descriptions for submission to the Architecture Council and product teams.
  • Select appropriate technology stacks, platforms, and frameworks in alignment with Enterprise Architecture governance, and coordinate with AP Enterprise Architecture to validate or adjust policies as needed.
  • Continuously assess existing solution designs to identify risks and vulnerabilities and provide actionable recommendations for mitigation.
  • Guide product teams and IT managers throughout the product lifecycle, while staying informed on governance changes and emerging technologies.
  • As the administrative lead for the regional team, you’ll provide leadership, guidance, and support to the team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment while promoting a “OneAP” mindset and creating synergies across diverse initiatives within the AP Hub.
  • Support recruitment and onboarding of new team members, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary training and information about the Agriculture Business, organization, processes, and work environment.
  • Act as the key liaison between team members and Line/Functional, as well as Hub Management.

Requirements:

  • Education: Graduates of Software Engineering, Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Telematics Engineering, Information Technology Analyst (or related careers).
  • Working Experience:
  • 5 to 8 years of experience in related fields
  • 1-3 years of technical leadership experience within agile organizations.
  • 3-5 years of experience in projects managed in agile methodologies.
  • Language skills: Advanced level of English (spoken and written).
  • Technical skills:
  • Advanced technical knowledge in system integration
  • Advanced technical knowledge in data and function modelling
  • Advanced technical knowledge in data integration formats
  • Intermediate technical knowledge in process management and improvement
  • Intermediate technical knowledge in web security practices and performance measurement
  • Azure, AWS, Java, SQL (must)
  • Visio/SAP Signavio, react, angular, HTML, CSS (desirable)
  • Soft skills:
  • Advanced knowledge of analytical thinking and complex problem solving
  • Advanced knowledge of effective communication
  • Advanced knowledge of consulting and moderation methods
  • Basic knowledge of Agile Methodology
