Nokia Technologies is seeking a skilled Security Engineer / Ethical Hacker to join our cybersecurity team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and addressing security vulnerabilities in our systems, applications, networks, and AI models. You will conduct ethical hacking, penetration testing, AI security testing, and risk assessments to ensure our digital and AI-driven assets are protected against unauthorized access and evolving cyber threats.

This position is ideal for a security professional who thrives on solving complex problems, strengthening defenses, and ensuring organizational resilience through both offensive and defensive security practices.

HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE AND WHAT YOU WILL LEARN

  • Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration tests on AI Applications, networks, systems, and applications.
  • Simulate real-world attacks to identify and remediate potential security weaknesses.
  • Design and implement robust security architectures and controls across infrastructure and applications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate security best practices into the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
  • Monitor systems and logs for suspicious activity and respond to security incidents.
  • Ensure compliance with security frameworks and standards such as ISO 27001, NIST, SOC 2, and GDPR.
  • Develop and maintain security policies, procedures, and documentation to support audit and compliance efforts.
  • Stay current with the latest AI cybersecurity threats, trends, tools, and regulatory changes.

KEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Proven experience in ethical hacking, security engineering, or similar cybersecurity roles.
  • Strong understanding of operating systems, network protocols, cloud environments, and threat modelling.
  • Proficiency with tools such as Metasploit, Nmap, Burp Suite, Wireshark, Nessus, etc.
  • Familiarity with security compliance requirements and standards.
  • Certifications such as CEH, OSCP, CISSP, or CISM are preferred.
