[ROLE SUMMARY]

(Sr.) Tax & Accounting Specialist 는 세무 업무를 중심으로 회계 및 감사 관련 업무를 함께 수행하게 됩니다. U-GAAP 과 K-GAAP 에 대한 충분한 이해가 필수로 요구되며, 세무조사 대응, 세무조정, 외부 감사 경험을 우대합니다. 또한 내부 부서들의 세무 및 회계 관련 문의에 전문적인 조언과 지원을 제공하는 역할이 기대됩니다. 본 포지션은 육아휴직 대체를 위한 직계약 포지션으로 13개월간 근무하며, Finance 소속으로 Finance Director 에 보고합니다.

We are looking for a qualified professional to temporarily fill the position of Tax & Accounting Specialist during a 13-month parental leave. This role primarily focuses on tax-related matters, with additional responsibilities in accounting and audit support. A solid understanding of both U-GAAP and K-GAAP is essential. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in tax audits, tax provision, and external audits, and be capable of addressing various tax and accounting inquiries from other departments. This position is part of the Finance Team and reports directly to the Finance Director.

[ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES]

[Tax Compliance]

• Prepare corporate tax materials and review tax adjustments
• Complete global tax packages and related forms
• Provide consultation and issue review for VAT and withholding tax
• Manage TP-related tasks including CbCR filing, BEPS, and TP documentation

[Accounting]

• Month-end closing review with the GIS team
• Review reports for monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing
• Monitor various balance sheet and expense accounts as needed
• Support and prepare for external and internal audits
• Review sales returns
• Oversee credit management
• Track and review actual data related to L-Mylan products

[Additional]

• Respond to tax and accounting-related inquiries from internal departments and global teams
• Manage T&E
• Duties and responsibilities may change depending on organizational needs

[QUALIFICATIONS]

• Bachelor’s degree or higher
• Minimum 5 years of experience in tax or accounting-related roles
• Experience in an accounting firm or multinational company preferred
• Strong sense of responsibility and a proactive work attitude
• Proficiency in reading and writing English
